Finance & Billing
Academic City's friendly Finance & Billing office is the go-to place for all official payments at ACity. Enroll in a meal plan, pay for student housing and top up your air condition card at the finance office. Our friendly staff and cashiers stand ready to assist students with all their payment inquiries, receipting and accept payment through a variety of channels.
Hours of Operation: 9am to 5pm - Mondays to Fridays
Our goal is to provide excellent service when assisting families in managing their financial obligations to the university by offering a variety of financial services. Email & SMS notifications are sent to students and authorized payers when bills are available.
Financial Standing: Students, and former students are in good financial standing when their account is paid in full through the Finance & Billing Office. A late payment fee will be charged to all student accounts that become past due. Those whose account is not paid in full will not receive transcripts, diplomas, or other forms of recognition or recommendation from the university. Students must be in good financial standing with ACity to register for classes and to sit examinations.
