Dining & Meal Plans

Academic City is committed to providing an accessible, equitable, and healthy dining experience for all students and staff. Our dining team proudly provides nutritious options daily. Managed by the Office of Student & Community Affairs, our meal plan allows students to enroll in a semester-long program covering all meals on weekdays and weekends. Enrolled students can order meals and pay for additional snacks easily with their student ID cards.

Meal Accounts

  • Meal Account


    Pre-loaded with a set number of meals per day (One, two or three), based on the plan chosen by the student. 7 Days a week, 15 Weeks per semester.

  • Snack Account


    Pre-loaded with a set amount (GH₵ 400, GH₵ 800 or GH₵ 1,200), based on the plan chosen by the student. Can be used within the semester for drinks, snacks and extra food on any given day. A maximum spend of 100 GHC per day is permitted.

How to Sign Up?

  • Go to acity.edu.gh/mealplan and fill out the form

  • Pay your mealplan fees to the Cashier

  • You will automatically be enrolled within 24 hours
