Academic City University accepts a range of qualifications. All BBA programmes require a minimum standard across core and elective subjects.
Minimum C6 in 6 subjects including 3 core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated/General Science) and 3 relevant elective subjects.
Minimum D or a pass in 6 subjects including 3 core subjects (English, Mathematics, Integrated/General Science) and 3 relevant elective subjects.
Minimum of 5 credit passes in IGCSE/O-Levels (Mathematics and English mandatory) and 3 passes in A-Levels.
Minimum of 5 credit passes in IGCSE/O-Levels (Mathematics and English mandatory) and a minimum score of 4 points in 3 Higher Level (HL) subjects.
Academic City University offers admission to first-year students in two cohorts — starting in September and January. The application process is fully online and takes just 5–7 minutes to complete.
Our Admissions Office at our Haatso campus in Accra operates from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM daily. The team is also available via phone and WhatsApp.
Each application is reviewed holistically, considering academic preparation and personal career interests. Applications that include a personal essay will be looked upon favourably.
