  • Track 1
    Basic Communication

    Duration:

    6 weeks; 10 hours a week

By the end of the six-week programme, students will demonstrate the following language skills:

  • Understand and respond to basic questions about personal information.
  • Demonstrate increased confidence in using English to communicate.
  • Participate in simple conversations using memorized phrases and expressions.
  • Comprehend simple, routine instructions and exchanges in everyday situations.
  • Ask simple questions using basic vocabulary.
  • Read and understand basic, short texts related to everyday life.
  • Recognize and understand common sight words and high-frequency vocabulary.
  • Write simple sentences about familiar topics and personal experiences.
  • Fill out basic forms and write short notes or messages.
  • Use parts of speech in simple sentences.

  • Track 2
    Functional Communication

  • Write coherent paragraphs and short essays on different topics.

    Fluent Communication

  • Use advanced vocabulary appropriate for formal and informal situations.
  • Understand complex lectures, interviews, and media content without significant difficulty.
  • Read and understand authentic materials, such as literature, articles, and academic texts.
  • Express ideas logically with appropriate organization and development.
  • Demonstrate better control over grammar concepts and sentence variety.
  • Write well-structured coherent paragraphs and short essays on different topics.
Kindly note that for all tracks, customized lessons are available for a registration fee of GH₵300.00 and tuition fee of $300.00 for adults and $250.00 for children.
