The Academic City Finance & Billing Office handles all official university payments with efficiency and care. Students can conveniently manage a wide range of financial transactions from meal plan enrolments and housing payments to air conditioning card top-ups. Our knowledgeable staff and cashiers are always available to assist with payment inquiries, issue receipts, and process payments through a variety of channels.

Financial Standing
Students and alumni are considered to be in good financial standing once their accounts have been fully settled with the Finance & Billing Office. A late payment fee will be applied to all accounts that become past due. Accounts with outstanding balances will result in the withholding of transcripts, diplomas, and any official recognition or recommendations from the University. In addition, students must maintain good financial standing with ACity in order to register for courses and sit for examinations.

Payment Options
The finance office is open from 9am - 4pm each business day. To pay tuition and fees in a currency other than USD or GHS, please contact us and let us know in advance.
