Michael Anasarah Awaah

Associate Professor Michael Anasarah Awaah is an associate professor in Academic City University’s Department of Electrical, Electronic & Computer Engineering. His expertise spans semiconductor manufacturing, materials science, nanoelectronics, analytical characterisation and electronic devices. His work connects academic research with semiconductor-industry experience in process development, manufacturing and advanced device materials. He teaches sensors and instrumentation, robotics, solid-state materials, semiconductor physics, nanotechnology, device fabrication and CMOS design, helping students apply theory to practical and professional contexts. He holds a PhD in Materials Science and Engineering and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Tuskegee University, and an MSc in Electrical Engineering from the Belarusian National Technical University. He is a Senior Member of IEEE and has contributed to major research and education grants supported by the US National Science Foundation and Department of Defense.
