George Boateng Ansah

George Boateng Ansah is a lecturer in Academic City University’s Department of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship. His expertise spans financial reporting, taxation, audit and assurance, forensic accounting, investment management and business intelligence. His work connects accounting practice with tax compliance, assurance, financial decision-making and data-informed business analysis. He teaches Financial Accounting, Taxation, Audit and Assurance, Forensic Accounting, Public-Sector Accounting, Management Accounting, Fixed Income Analysis, and Theory of Investment, helping students apply theory to practical and professional contexts. He holds an MPhil in Business Administration with an Accounting focus from KNUST and a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Cape Coast. He is a Chartered Accountant, a Chartered Tax Practitioner and a trained Business-Intelligence Analyst. He contributes to experiential, context-responsive education and interdisciplinary collaboration at Academic City.
