Dr Reginald Arthur is a lecturer in Academic City University’s Department of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship. His expertise spans strategic human resource management, organisational leadership, governance, platform-mediated labour and the future of work. His work connects work and organisations in emerging economies with digital platforms, institutional change and responsible leadership. He teaches human resource information systems, cross-cultural communication, innovation management, research methods, performance management, and organisational change, helping students apply theory to practical and professional contexts. He holds a PhD and an MPhil in Human Resource Management from the University of Ghana, with earlier qualifications in administration and public administration, and completed doctoral fellowships at Copenhagen Business School. He chairs the DANIDA Alumni Network Ghana, holds an AHA-EHURA postdoctoral fellowship, and contributes to international journal review boards. He contributes to experiential, context-responsive education and interdisciplinary collaboration at Academic City.
