Dr Paul Appiah-Konadu

Dr Paul Appiah-Konadu is a lecturer in Academic City University’s Department of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship. His expertise spans entrepreneurship and business development, corporate social responsibility, sustainable business management, sustainable development, and economics. His work connects enterprise growth with social responsibility, economic analysis, and practical pathways towards sustainable development. He teaches innovation and entrepreneurship, enterprise development, business, government and society, international business and managerial economics, helping students apply theory to practical and professional contexts. He holds a PhD in Corporate Social Responsibility and Sustainability from the University of Brescia, an MPhil in Economics from the University of Ghana and a first-class BA in Economics from KNUST. He received a doctoral research fellowship at the University of Brescia and was recognised as overall best lecturer at Marshalls University College. He contributes to experiential, context-responsive education and interdisciplinary collaboration at Academic City.
