Dr Abdul-Rahim Adada Mohammed

Dr Abdul-Rahim Adada Mohammed is a lecturer in Academic City University’s Department of Business Administration & Entrepreneurship. His expertise spans development economics, industrial organisation, firm performance and behavioural economics. His work connects economic theory and empirical analysis with financial systems, labour markets, business behaviour and development policy. He teaches development finance, monetary and financial systems, microeconomics, macroeconomics, labour economics, data analysis and introductory economics, helping students apply theory to practical and professional contexts. He holds a PhD in Economics from Hacettepe University in Türkiye, an MPhil in Economics and a BA in Economics with Sociology from the University of Ghana. His doctoral studies were supported by a full scholarship from the Government of Türkiye. He contributes to experiential, context-responsive education and interdisciplinary collaboration at Academic City.
