Dr Raymond Nwinkom Dumeh

Dr. Raymond N. Dumeh is an accomplished academic leader, educator, and management professional with over 16 years of experience in higher education and international industry across Ghana, the United States, and the United Kingdom. He serves as the Acting Dean of the Faculty of Business Administration and Communication Arts and a Senior Lecturer at Academic City University. His expertise spans strategic management, project management, engineering management, operations research, enterprise risk management, quality management, and higher education leadership. Before joining Academic City University, he held academic positions at Randolph Community College, John Wesley University, and ITT Technical Institute in the United States, while also building extensive industry experience in engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and strategic planning. At Academic City University, Dr. Dumeh has contributed significantly to curriculum development, academic planning, quality assurance, faculty development, and institutional governance. He played a key role in developing the University’s Engineering programmes and the STEM MBA programme. His teaching emphasizes experiential learning, critical thinking, ethical leadership, and the practical application of knowledge. His research interests include strategic management, organisational leadership, business analytics, operations management, engineering education, quality improvement, and the application of artificial intelligence in higher education. He is also an author and continues to contribute to executive education, curriculum development, and professional consultancy.
