Job Description:
The Tele-Caller will be responsible for engaging with prospective students and parents via phone calls to provide information, follow up on inquiries, and guide them through the admissions process. The role requires excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to address queries effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective students and parents to provide information on programs and admissions.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to ensure timely responses.
- Maintain records of calls, responses, and next steps in the admissions CRM.
- Assist in resolving general inquiries and escalating complex issues to the appropriate department.
- Support the admissions team in achieving enrollment targets. Requirements:
- A minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (and local languages, if applicable).
- Customer service orientation with a positive and professional attitude.
- Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to work efficiently in a target-driven environment.
- Bilingual applicants (English and French) will have an added advantage.
